With the love and support of our community, we are releasing our first album, ‘Screaming Rainbows’. The album is intended to spread the happy, innocent voices of young people affected by autism and other neuro-diversities, as they join together in celebrating youth, life, friendship, and the power of music. It is our goal to spread our music far and wide, until everyone has heard our message of acceptance, hope, and love for everyone.
This album is made possible by executive producer Sergio Cocchia and sound mixer Andy Warren of Crew Studios (http://www.crew-studios.com/studio/). It is also made possible by our community partners including Crew Studios, Monarch House Fraser Valley, Chewie Media Inc., New World Technologies, and Pivot Point Family Growth Centre, and by some amazing individuals including Sylvia Dirks, Virginia Renaud, Dan Renaud, Tara Macrae, Angela Betts, Lisa Crabb, Lynda Sharpe, Jenna Provost, Tia Oostenbrug, and Tracey Barnett.
All proceeds from album and merchandise sales will go to supporting the choir to continue to be a safe-space for those who are different, and so that the Mayday Club can expand their programs and services to reach more youth who may be struggling to find friends.
